Reach service members who are actually available

Transitioning service members are hard to reach through general channels, and the ones you do reach are often months from being able to start. Everyone here is verified as serving and is in their final 180 days. Every employer is verified as authorized. Both sides know who they are talking to.

We are looking for employers to join our public beta

The beta is open to any organization holding a current SkillBridge authorization. Post your SkillBridge roles at no charge for the whole beta period. No card, no subscription, no per-post fee.

We would rather build the paid product around what employers actually run into than around what we guessed at. Beta employers get to shape that while it is still cheap to change.

After the beta, new employers get a 20-day trial and then a subscription. Pricing is not set yet, and we would rather say so than show you a number we intend to change. Everyone on the list hears the numbers before anything changes for them.

What you need in order to post

A current SkillBridge Memorandum of Understanding with the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. Authorization sits with your organization, not with individual jobs. A role does not need to appear in any DoD listing to be a valid SkillBridge position.

How we verify you

If your organization appears in the DoD directory with a published point of contact, we send a confirmation there. Otherwise a person reviews the request.

What the program requires of you

Worth stating plainly, because a perfectly ordinary job advert can breach the first two:

  • No non-competes. Asking a participant to sign one may jeopardize your ability to take part as a provider at all.
  • No wages, stipends, or compensation of any kind during the placement. The member draws military pay and benefits throughout, and the program does not permit you to add to it.
  • No more than 40 hours in any workweek, under any circumstances.

Our posting form checks your description against the first two as you type. Those are warnings, not blocks. They are pattern matches over prose and will sometimes be wrong, and refusing to publish on that basis would tell a compliant employer their compliant post is illegal.

How salary works on a post

Every published post carries a pay range, and the range is what the role pays after a successful placement. Never pay during the program, which is zero by rule.

Each range also records what it represents: this exact role, comparable roles at your company, or a market estimate where your policy prevents disclosure. Members see market estimates labeled as estimates, and visually distinct from your own figures. A guess and a commitment should never look the same to someone planning their transition.

What an account includes

  • A company page with your description, culture, benefits, and why you hire SkillBridge talent.
  • Job posts, unlimited through the beta, and a quota with per-post overage once pricing exists.
  • Applications from members verified as serving, matched against the locations and fields they told us they want.
  • Syndication from your existing ATS on higher tiers, so posts do not have to be written twice.

Join the beta

Leave your work email and we will send an onboarding link when beta accounts open. Tell us your organization when you reply and we can check your authorization ahead of time.
